Our private residence is an old hospital/convent built in 1929. We run a calendar of events for Catholic individuals and families, so as to foster the Faith, evangelize, provide Catholic culture and community, and dig deep into the best of our Western Civilization. We treasure the writings of G.K.Chesterton and see it as part of what we do to broaden awareness of his wisdom and genius.
The main format of our Chesterton meetings is to read and discuss G.K.’s works. Snacks and refreshments are served. Slippers and smoking jackets are optional attire. Those that end up wearing their food are accommodated. Swords are welcome according to quantity of ale consumed.
