SPECIAL PRICING

Members can take advantage of an exclusive discount, while supplies last. Find the member discount code in your member dashboard.

Special rates are also available for Clergy, Religious, Students (age 12-18), Undergraduates, and Faculty and Students from the Chesterton Schools Network. Select the appropriate ticket type at registration.

Children 11 and under are free. Find this ticket type in the “add-on” section of registration. Note: guests of any age who wish to take advantage of the buffet line or the banquet meal must have an individually purchased meal plan.

MEAL PACKAGES

A meal package of catered meals at the hotel may be purchased as an add-on to your conference registration. This year, we are offering two variations on the meal package:

  • Regular 6-meal package: includes Thursday night dinner; all meals on Friday; and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Tickets to Saturday evening’s closing banquet are sold separately.
  • 5-meal “explorer” package: includes Thursday night dinner; breakfast and dinner on Friday; and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Friday afternoon’s schedule provides a lengthy break, during which “explorer” package holders can venture into the city to experience a taste of local cuisine (at their own expense)! Tickets to the Saturday evening closing banquet are sold separately.

Meals at the hotel will be served buffet-style. When purchasing, guests will be asked to provide any dietary or allergy/sensitivity requirements, which organizers will pass on to the hotel. Meal packages must be purchased ahead of time; we are unable to sell meals on site.

CLOSING BANQUET

Banquet tickets are sold separately and include wine as part of the meal, as well as access to the wonderful Traditions period of the event. This joyful evening of jokes, toasts, songs, clerihews, and other fun is hosted by Dale Ahlquist and is a highlight of our annual conference. Hurry – seating is limited!
